From being the only girl in a batch of appro. 600 students, to be selected from campus to be in the sales field when females were few and far between, to bagging THE VP-CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT ROLL OF HONOR AWARD FOR THE YEAR 2009 & 2010 in a reputed MNC, in the 1st & 2nd years itself, life has been a rollercoaster ride for 12 long years in sales, marketing, and people management.

From Rural Vendor development to village adaptation for brand expansion was in my portfolio for Nashik District, Maharashtra, India. Building route to market in Pune, Maharashtra, and Kolkata, West Bengal, was what I take pride of. Growing from a newbie to a professional into Sales, Business Development, and Retail Engagement is the fruit of sheer perseverance and hard work in the past 12 Years of my Professional life. Nurturing young talents and motivating my team to succeed is what kept me going, as when they achieved their tasks, it automatically boiled down to my success story.
